Ivanoel Medina is the Founder & CEO of Amanah Life Sciences, bringing multiple years of experience in executive search to the role. 

Before establishing Amanah, Ivanoel was a football scout working with clubs across Europe and North America identifying top talent resulting in multiple signings, he most recently worked for Queens Park Rangers in the English Championship.

Ivanoel has clinical experience working alongside the MDT in Neurosurgery for the National Health Services (NHS) as well as caring for patients participating in clinical trials at a major trauma centre in London. 

Ivanoel established Amanah driven by a passion for connecting talented individuals with ground-breaking scientific advancements. He wanted to leverage his enthusiasm for both talent acquisition and life sciences to bridge the gap between skilled professionals and innovative companies thereby fostering progress and excellence in the industry.
